The amount of personal data is always limited to the strict minimum necessary, and data is stored no longer than necessary needed.

Personal data is only processed with the aim of ensuring smooth communication. In case questions and feedback, we will use this information to provide you with the best possible service. Each session may use cookies that record your session. These cookies allow us to analyse surfing to better tailor our application to your needs. Possible analyses on surfing behaviour are anonymous.

The following personal data may be processed: first name, surname, email, address, IP address, profession, telephone number, organization, visits, time of login, pages, duration of session, downloads, referrals, frequency, conversations. 4XSCIENCE will refrain from sharing personal data with third parties or external parties as well as from making this personal data publicly known. Any service providers on behalf of 4XSCIENCE will undertake through agreements to treat all personal data strictly confidential and to take all reasonable protection and security measures to this end. After the services have ended, these service providers will have to delete all personal data, if any.

When cancelling membership, 4XSCIENCE will keep the personal data for a maximum period of 12 months. Users can reactivate their account within this period if desired. After this period, the personal data will be deleted.

You have the right to inspect all personal data that we process about you. You have the right to ask us to change your personal data if it is incorrect or not complete. You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if they are no longer necessary in the light of the purposes of this privacy policy, and/or if the personal data have been processed unlawfully or if the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation. We are not obliged to delete your personal data if we must or may keep it due to a legal obligation.
